  I've used Noyes Allen, specifically Bob O'Brien, as our insurance agent for a number of years now. I have always been impressed by how thorough and responsive he was. He explained the ins-and-outs of our policy choices in a very clear way and allowed us to make the appropriate decisions for our circumstances. Lastly, the rates he found me were substantially better than I was getting on my own going directly to companies like Liberty Mutual. We used him for home and auto insurance and I'd highly recommend him.

• Review of "Aetna" at South Portland

  An absolute nightmare. I had prescription insurance with Aetna until last month when I changed jobs. I am a type 1 diabetic and my doctor called in a refill for insulin 2 weeks before my coverage end date to make sure I got the insulin on time. When I called to find out where the insulin was after 10 days, Aetna said they had processing delays and by the time they processed my refill I would not be covered. As a result I ended up in the emergency room to get insulin. Needless to say I am suing Aetna for damages. They are truly an evil company.

I have been with with O'hare Associates for 3 years now and they have completely turned around the bookkeeping, tax preparation, and overall financial planning for our company. O'hare has provided both the expertise, professionalism, and capacity of a large firm while also providing same the high level of customer service you might find with a "mom & pop". All of the associates are top shelf, extremely knowledgeable and ready to assist you with the best financial / accounting practices to help you further grow your business.   The team at Amy Alward Allstate Agency is Amazing including Amy herself. Over the many years I've used their services (Auto, Home and Financial Planning), they have treated me with great care. They are attentive to details, have excellent follow, offer FREE ;financial planning and are minutes away from my house. Great Job!
